We partner with over 100 independent staffing agencies and provide them with an equal opportunity to provide staff to our clients. Each agency receives the order to fill a position through our VMS at the same time and competes to provide candidates at the lowest bill rate. This practice enables our clients to fill staffing needs quickly with quality candidates at the most competitive rates.

Why Third-Party Technology Matters

At Adaptive, we only utilize best-in-class, third party vendor management software (VMS). Why? Because unlike platforms built with proprietary VMS, which can be out-of-date, unreliable, and lack security features, platforms built with third-party software provide state-of-the-art functionality and the highest standards of data security. Third party tech also means our clients own the customized platform and data, thus enabling them to make changes (i.e., change MSP providers, bring the program in-house, or add service lines) in accordance with evolving needs.
