A powerhouse of staffing industry expertise, Nicki has over twenty years of experience developing and driving end-to-end talent solutions. While serving in senior roles at PeopleReady, Adecco Staffing, and Agile – 1, she earned a reputation for strategic leadership and operational excellence. As Vice President of Operations at Adaptive, Nicki is a key member of the Adaptive Leadership Team, directing all back-office operations and leading the Program, Compliance, Contract, and Billing teams.

Known for her analytical acumen and attention to detail, Nicki is dedicated to leveraging data to support Adaptive’s mission of delivering best-in-the-industry workforce solutions. She is passionate about utilizing the reporting functions and predictive analytics of our technology tools to enhance operational efficiency and optimize workforce management for our clients. Nicki studied Psychology at Mira Costa College and Technology and Entrepreneurship at Stanford University.
