A seasoned workforce solutions leader with more than fifteen years of experience in healthcare staffing and managed services, Nicholas Harvick brings deep expertise in client strategy, program optimization, and workforce performance management. Prior to joining Adaptive, Nick held progressive leadership roles with AMN Healthcare, where he partnered with health systems nationwide to design and implement comprehensive workforce solutions while overseeing strategic accounts representing hundreds of millions in annual program spend.

As Vice President of Client Services at Adaptive, Nick leads client program strategy, service delivery, and operational performance across the organization’s managed workforce initiatives. He works closely with healthcare leaders to strengthen workforce visibility, improve cost discipline, and ensure programs align with each organization’s clinical, financial, and operational goals. Known for his collaborative approach and focus on measurable outcomes, he plays a key role in helping clients build sustainable, high-performing contingent workforce strategies.

Nick earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Oregon and is recognized for his strengths in relationship leadership, strategic planning, and data-driven workforce optimization.
