With over twenty years of experience in managed services for healthcare, Julie is a visionary and talented leader who enjoys playing a hands-on role in the creation and implementation of Adaptive’s customized workforce solutions. Having created workforce programs with some of the most renown healthcare institutions in the country, she is proficient in multiple technology platforms including Shiftwise, Fieldglass, Labor Edge, B4health, Vector VMS, and VINDLY, as well as other technology assessment tools. 

Under Julie’s leadership, Adaptive has expanded its footprint nationally, delivering customized workforce solutions that produce savings and enhance operational efficiency in hospitals across the country. A passionate advocate for integrating advanced technology and data-driven strategies into healthcare staffing, Julie’s forward-thinking approach has fueled Adaptive’s rapid growth and set new industry standards for transparency and cost-savings.

Beyond her executive role, Julie is an influential voice in the healthcare staffing community, frequently speaking at industry conferences and contributing to policy discussions. Julie has a BA in Organizational Communications from Indiana University.
